just listened to your podcast. re: tantrums in grocery stores... one mom I met advised that you can ask a grocery store employee to park your cart in their refrigerated area in the back. that way, when you move your LO outside to let the tantrum run it's course, you don't have to worry about cold food getting warm, or that the cart simply wont be there upon your return.
